If a dispute arises, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through dialogue. You have the right to have the dispute heard by a competent court. Proceedings may be brought before the court where Qick Mobility AB has its registered office or, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction, before the competent court in the place where you, as a user, are domiciled.
